Afwa Returns Policy
Shop with confidence. You can cancel your order within 30 days for a full refund.
The return window is open for 30 days from the date you receive your goods or when a designated third party takes possession of the items. We make the process simple and transparent.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us through your account dashboard or via a clear statement.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. The credit will be applied to your original payment method, and Afwa does not charge any restocking or processing fees for your reimbursement.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following criteria are met:
The product was purchased within the last 30 days
The product remains in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made products or items clearly personalized to your specifications.
Perishable goods or items with a rapid expiration date that has passed.
Health and hygiene items that were sealed at delivery and have since been opened.
Goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Afwa reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these standard conditions at our discretion.
Shipping Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please send your items to our central processing facility:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Refunds are issued only upon physical receipt or verified proof of delivery.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive Afwa store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the product, a digital gift certificate will be issued to your account.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
